Customer Support Trainee

We are looking for client focused Chat Support Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will help in technical queries, troubleshoot basic issues, provide guidance, and ensure a smooth customer experience and client retention.

Requirements:

• Assist in Providing real-time chat support to customers.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries.
• Assist in Resolving customer issues, complaints, and questions accurately and efficiently.
• Document all interactions and maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Communicate updates or issues to team leads as needed.
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales tracking tools.

Qualification:

• Minimum 3 months of experience
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously.
• Problem-solving attitude with patience and empathy.
• Ability to work in shifts (if required).

Location: PIA Road near wapda town ,Lahore
Timings: 11:00am-8:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
