Job Title: Customs Clearance Officer in Qatar (Fluent English & Chinese Speaker, Basic Arabic)

Location: Qatar

Salary: QAR 14,000 – 15,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-time | 5 working days per week

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customs Clearance Officer (Male/Female) to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) with a working knowledge of Arabic.

The role requires handling end-to-end import and export customs clearance, ensuring compliance with Qatar customs regulations, and coordinating with local authorities, freight forwarders, and international partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process customs clearance documentation for import and export shipments.
• Liaise with customs authorities, shipping companies, and logistics partners.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar customs regulations and company policies.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve any customs-related issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate records of all customs documentation and approvals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customs clearance, shipping, or logistics preferably in GCC.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is Mandatory; basic Arabic communication is acceptable.
• Strong knowledge of GCC and Qatar customs rules and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
