The Position:
We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Support Engineer (Techno-Functional) to provide day-to-day support to business users across Dynamics 365 modules. This role is primarily focused on user support, functional troubleshooting, and system navigation, rather than development or heavy customization.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of core D365 F&O functionality (Finance), be comfortable navigating the system, supporting end users, and handling operational issues directly within the application. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow expertise in D365 through hands-on support and real-world business exposure.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 1 / Level 2 support to end users for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Assist users with daily operational issues, navigation, and system usage
  • Troubleshoot functional issues directly within D365
  • Understand and support core D365 modules (based on organizational usage),
  • Perform basic configuration and setup (users, roles, workflows, basic parameters) including assistance with onboarding new Legal Entities.
  • Support data entry issues, validation errors, and process-related questions
  • Liaise with internal teams or vendors for issues requiring escalation
  • Maintain support documentation, FAQs, and user guides
  • Assist with user training and onboarding
  • Learn and grow into broader D365 responsibilities over time

Required Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a support or functional role
  • Techno-functional understanding of D365 F&O (functional usage with basic technical awareness)
  • Strong knowledge of system navigation, modules, and standard D365 functionality
  • Experience supporting end users in a production environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues directly within the system
  • Basic understanding of business processes (finance, operations, sales, or supply chain)
  • Good communication skills to interact with non-technical users
  • Nice to Have – PowerPlatform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure Entra, Azure DevOps, PowerBI, MS Fabric, T-SQL, D365 -Electronic Reporting (ER)
  • Exposure to D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or D365 CE
  • Basic understanding of security roles, workflows, and reporting
  • Experience working with support tickets or ITSM tools
  • Microsoft D365 functional certification (preferred but not required)
