Dance Studio Content Creator

Position summary
CC & Co. Dance Complex is looking for a creative, organized, and strategic Content Creator to help tell our story, grow brand awareness, generate interest in our programs, and drive leads into our enrollment funnel. This role is responsible for content creation, social media planning, brand storytelling, audience engagement, and supporting studio marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create photo, video, graphic, and written content for social media and digital marketing
• Manage the content calendar across platforms
• Capture studio classes, events, performances, and behind the scenes moments
• Write engaging captions and calls to action that support enrollment and retention
• Build brand awareness and generate leads through strategic content
• Collaborate with leadership on promotions, campaigns, launches, and seasonal pushes
• Monitor engagement, respond as assigned, and track content performance
• Ensure content aligns with the studio’s voice, values, and brand standards
• Support marketing efforts for classes, camps, auditions, performances, and events
• Stay current on trends while maintaining a polished and professional brand presence

Qualifications

• Experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
• Strong writing and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to create short form video content
• Organized, proactive, and detail oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, family centered environment
• Experience with Canva, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and content scheduling tools preferred
• Photography and video editing experience is a plus

Strong candidates may also have

• Experience with lead generation marketing
• Understanding of customer journey and conversion focused content
• Experience in dance, arts, youth programs, or family centered brands

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
