About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Consultant to guide and support the launch of our e-pharmacy platform. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth pharmaceutical expertise, compliance knowledge, and industry best practices to help us build a compliant, efficient, and customer-centric online pharmacy business. Key Responsibilities: 1. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the e-pharmacy complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards governing pharmaceutical sales and distribution (e.g., FDA, DEA, local pharmacy laws). 2. Licensing & Documentation: Assist in obtaining all necessary licenses and permits required for operating an online pharmacy. 3. Medication Management: Advise on proper storage, handling, and dispensing protocols for medications sold online to maintain safety and efficacy. 4. Formulary Development: Help develop and manage the e-pharmacy product catalog, including prescription drugs, OTC medicines, and health products. 5. Workflow Design: Design and review pharmacy operations workflows including prescription verification, order fulfillment, and delivery processes. 6. Technology & Systems: Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the e-pharmacy platform supports safe prescription validation, patient data security, and seamless pharmacist-patient interaction. 7. Training & SOPs: Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and provide training for pharmacy staff on best practices and regulatory requirements. 8. Quality Assurance: Monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of pharmaceutical care and customer service. Customer Support: 9. Provide expert input for customer queries related to medications and prescriptions. 10. Market Insight: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies in the e-pharmacy

Qualifications: 1.Licensed Pharmacist (B.Pharm/M.Pharm/Pharm.D) with valid registration 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in retail/community/hospital pharmacy or pharmaceutical consultancy 3. Experience with e-pharmacy or digital healthcare platforms preferred 4. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws and regulations 5. Understanding of logistics and supply chain management in pharmacy 6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
