Manager Pharmacy

• Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate pharmacy staff to maintain high levels of performance and customer service.
• Ensure accurate dispensing of prescriptions and manage drug inventory levels effectively.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes through medication management.
• Monitor and manage pharmacy budget, including cost control and revenue goals.
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues related to prescriptions or insurance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new drugs, therapies, and industry trends.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Foster a patient-centered environment that promotes health and wellness.

Requirements:

• PharmD degree.
• MBA in Health management will be preferable.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in pharmacy with at least 2-3 years in managerial role.
