This position suits professionals with experience in Pharma Sales, Insurance Sales, Bank Card/Fund Sales, or other B2B field sales, who excel at client interactions, service presentations, and meeting sales goals.

Role Overview

We seek enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to engage HR managers, SMEs, and corporate teams face-to-face, advocating for our Employee Screening solutions. This performance-oriented position demands robust communication and networking abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform regular in-person sales calls to organizations, HR teams, and SMEs.

- Highlight our core offerings: Police Verification, Employment Verification, and Site Visits.

- Meet a monthly target of 200 qualified leads.

- Cultivate and nurture a robust client database through consistent follow-up efforts.

- Foster enduring partnerships with clients to encourage ongoing business.

- Deliver daily and weekly sales updates to leadership.

- Liaise with the operations department to facilitate seamless service execution.

Requirements

- Education: Intermediate or Undergraduate level (Bachelor’s degree not required).

- Preference for field sales background in Pharma, Insurance, Banking, BPO, or Telecom.

- Entry-level applicants with superior communication and influencing skills are welcome.

- Proficient in interpersonal dynamics, negotiation, and public speaking.

- Motivated by targets and capable of self-directed work.

- Familiarity with MS Office or CRM systems.

- Local to Karachi and prepared for city-wide daily travel.

Compensation & Benefits

- Base Salary: Rs. 35,000/month.

- Commission Structure: Rs. 300 per lead (potential up to Rs. 60,000/month).

- Overall Earning Potential: Rs. 95,000+ monthly (base + commissions).
