【Job Title】：Category Excellence Manager - FMCG 【Job Description】： 1、Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the FMCG industry, focusing on category growth and market penetration. 2、Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for identifying and sourcing relevant product assortments to meet consumer demands and drive sales. 3、Collaborate with the Industry Director to initiate and manage campaigns, investments, and business development projects, such as assortment building and display investments. 4、Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform decision-making and ensure the strategy remains competitive and aligned with industry dynamics. 5、Consolidate data from cross-functional teams to monitor progress, maintain project timelines, and ensure the achievement of core business objectives.

【Job Requirements】： 1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong background in FMCG or retail. 2、Proven experience as a Category Manager or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, multinational environment. 3、Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful category strategies and drive business growth. 4、Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. 5、Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations based on insights. 6、Effective project management skills, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives while maintaining a focus on key performance indicators.
