Job Description
1.Manage and oversee daily operations of the Daraz Last mile Hub, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient communication among teams.
2.Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, driving growth and customer satisfaction in the assigned region.
3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, identify opportunities, and resolve operational issues.
4.Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive work environment and promoting continuous learning and development.
5.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the hub's performance and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
6.Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support business development and partnership initiatives.
Position Requirement
1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
2.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce or logistics environment.
3.Proven track record in managing teams, driving operational excellence, and achieving business targets.
4.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
5.Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
6.Experience in negotiating and managing partnerships, as well as a solid understanding of the global trade landscape.
7.Fluent in English and proficiency in another language relevant to the region is
