Job Description

Strategic Coordination & Insights • Act as the linchpin between departments, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment of initiatives. • Provide data-driven insights and reports to management for better decision-making. Data Analytics & Team Leadership • Lead a team of analysts to extract, deep-dive into, and manipulate data to identify root causes and actionable insights. • Ensure accurate and meaningful analysis for performance tracking and strategic decision-making. Operational Visibility & Campaign Support • Provide daily operational visibility, ensuring smooth execution and performance tracking. • Offer critical support during campaigns, identifying and mitigating risks related to ageing items and delivery performance. Logistics & Fulfillment Optimization • Support strategic projects aimed at increasing delivery speed and reducing errors, with a customer-centric approach. • Identify key initiatives for shipping fee recovery, delivery speed enhancement, and error reduction across all logistics business units. Operations Planning & Forecasting • Lead the end-to-end operations planning process, ensuring accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasts. • Translate sales forecasts into operational volume-based activities for fulfillment and logistics teams. Financial Performance & ROI Analysis • Assist in comparing forecasted budgets to actual financial performance, identifying discrepancies and reasons for variance. • Conduct feasibility and ROI analyses to support business units on various strategic projects.

Position Requirement

• Experience: 4–6 years in Strategy & Planning, Operations, Logistics, or related fields. • Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. • Analytical Skills: Strong expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. • Leadership: Experience in leading teams and cross-functional coordination. • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Excel. Exposure to SQL, Power BI, and data visualization tools is a plus. • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify bottlenecks, optimize operations, and implement solutions effectively. • Communication: Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and reporting skills.
