Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Programs Associate to support the monitoring and performance management of a portfolio of programs. This role will focus on data analysis, reporting and insight generation to help drive program adoption and commercial performance. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, structured and comfortable translating data into clear insights for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and track performance metrics of programs on a regular basis (daily/weekly/monthly).
Identify trends, patterns and anomalies in program performance and flag risks or opportunities proactively.
Support in root cause analysis for underperforming programs using quantitative data and qualitative inputs.
Assist in documenting high-performing use cases and best practices for knowledge sharing and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Operations, Finance, Product, Analytics) to gather inputs and validate findings.
Support preparation of management and executive-ready presentations, reports and performance summaries.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency and documentation of metrics and assumptions.
Track action items and performance improvement initiatives and support follow-ups.
Support in build and improving dashboards and reports to monitor adoption, revenue, and key KPIs.
Position Requirement
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in analytics, business analysis, commercial operations, or program management.
Strong analytical skills with experience working with data sets and performance metrics.
Hands-on experience with Excel in terms of analysis & data modeling. Experience of SQLand/or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Basic understanding of commercial concepts such as revenue, margins, and business KPIs.
Strong attention to detail with a structured and problem-solving mindset.
Clear written and verbal communication skills; ability to present insights concisely.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and cross-cultural stakeholders.
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
