Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Seller Acquisition: Identify potential sellers, pitch Daraz’s value proposition, and onboard them onto the platform.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing sellers to ensure long-term engagement.
- Category Expansion: Focus on expanding specific categories by identifying gaps and onboarding sellers that align with Daraz’s strategic goals.
- Onboarding Assistance: Assist sellers in setting up their accounts, uploading assortments, and understanding platform operations.
- Training and Support: Provide sellers with training on Daraz’s systems, policies, and tools to ensure smooth integration.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand trends and competitor strategies for seller acquisition.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including acquisition targets, seller satisfaction, and live assortment growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with category managers, marketing, and operations teams to align acquisition strategies with overall business goals.

Position Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or e-commerce (experience in seller acquisition is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
