Role Overview

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business strategies and operational improvements. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources.
• Perform statistical analysis and identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights.
• Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and provide solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards.
• Support predictive modeling and advanced analytics initiatives.
• Provide recommendations to improve business performance based on data findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data modeling.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
