Job Description

Core responsibilities

Data Analyst turns raw data into useful insights for business decisions:

Collect & clean data

Gather data from databases, APIs, spreadsheets

Fix errors, remove duplicates, organize datasets

Analyze data

Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies

Use statistics to answer business questions

Create dashboards & reports

Build visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau

Present insights in a simple, clear way

Support decision-making

Help teams (sales, operations, product) make data-driven decisions

Suggest improvements based on findings

Work with databases

Write SQL queries

Extract and manipulate data

Required skill:

SQL (very important)

Excel / Google Sheets (advanced)

Python or R (preferred)

Data visualization (Power BI, Tableau)

Basic statistics

Problem-solving

Communication (explaining data clearly)

Attention to detail.
