Data Analyst
with a
Supply Chain background
to join its Data Analytics team. In this role, you will process complex sets of data into our Claim Management tool, ensuring completeness and accuracy by running manual and automated checks and monitoring the effectiveness of upstream controls.
Key Responsibilities

Process supply chain and operational data into the Company Claim Management tool with high accuracy, working with both internal and external stakeholders.

Generate monthly insurance reports and weekly internal reports to support business operations.

Analyze supply chain and operational performance to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Develop and maintain KPI tracking tools to monitor performance across supply chain, customer service, and finance.

Ensure data integrity and governance by maintaining accuracy and consistency across systems.

Automate recurring reports and manual processes using
SQL, Python, VBA, Tableau, and Power BI
.

Build reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support supply chain and business decision-making.

Create process flows and documentation using
Lucidchart and Visio
to map supply chain and operational processes.

Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and actionable manner.

Challenge and improve underlying/upstream operational processes through data analysis and process mapping.
Skills

Strong understanding of
Supply Chain data and processes
.

Proficiency in
SQL, Python, and VBA
for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and automation.

Hands-on experience with
Tableau, Power BI
, and advanced Excel for dashboards, visualization, and reporting.

Familiarity with
Lucidchart and Visio
for process mapping and workflow design.

Strong programming,
process mapping
, and
report building
skills.

Experience working with large datasets to identify trends, forecasts, and insights.

Ability to translate business needs into data-driven supply chain solutions.

Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving.

Understanding of how data flows in an end-to-end reporting framework.

Knowledge of API integrations for data extraction.

Understanding of machine learning concepts and statistical modelling is a plus.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in
Supply chain, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
.

2–3 years’ experience as a Data Analyst (preferably in
Supply Chain domain
).

Strong background in supply chain functions and data analysis.
-
Proven expertise in
SQL, Python, VBA, Tableau, and Power BI
.

Experience with
process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio)
.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for using data to drive business value.
