Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately performing data entry, web research, and data cleaning tasks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of company records. The role requires excellent focus, adaptability, and precision in handling data from multiple online sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across internal systems.
  • Perform web cleaning and verification to ensure data reliability and relevance.
  • Extract and collect specific data points from online sources including search engines, social media, and business directories.
  • Utilize tools such as Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, Yahoo, LinkedIn, Yelp, Google Maps, JustDial, Yellow Pages, Facebook Search for research.
  • Use Canva and Freepik for basic graphic support or image reference tasks when required.
  • Occasionally assist in reviewing and assessing call recordings based on predefined criteria.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet tight deadlines without compromising accuracy.
  • Adapt quickly to new tasks and assignments based on shifting team priorities and project needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry, web research, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry.
  • Familiarity with online search tools and directories.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva and Freepik is a plus.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks with consistency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
