Work Arrangements & Compensation

• Onsite (Lahore): Based at our Gulberg Colony office.
• Remote: Work-from-home options available for candidates across Pakistan.
• Tracks: Full-time, Part-time, and Internships are available under a 3-Month Contract.
• Pay Scale: Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 75,000 per month, depending on the specific role, shift, and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Presence & Social Media Management

• Platform Growth: Create, edit, and manage engaging content for TikTok and YouTube to promote visa services and travel packages.
• Community Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to inquiries on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Trend Integration: Stay updated with viral trends and SEO strategies to increase brand visibility.

2. Customer Support

• Client Communication: Professionally handle inbound/outbound Calls and provide accurate information regarding Umrah and International Visa processes.
• Inquiry Management: Manage high-volume correspondence via WhatsApp Business and official Email channels with high etiquette.

3. Data Entry & Administration

• Database Accuracy: Input and maintain sensitive client data and visa application details using MS Excel and internal systems.
• Compliance: Verify travel documents (Passports, ATOL, etc.) to ensure 100% accuracy for visa processing.
• Reporting: Generate daily and weekly activity reports for the Branch Manager.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
