Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Associate to manage, organize, and maintain accurate company records and databases. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Zoho applications will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of all data entered.
• Maintain and organize both digital and physical records.
• Generate and review reports to support business operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to verify and validate information.
• Identify and correct data entry errors or discrepancies.
• Handle confidential information responsibly.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/degree in any field is an advantage.
• Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
• Knowledge or experience with Zoho CRM or other Zoho applications is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
