Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Odessa, Texas. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in managing and organizing data with precision while working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. If you are skilled with computers and eager to learn, we offer training opportunities in accounts receivable and software systems.

Responsibilities:
• Input and update numerical and text-based data into company systems with accuracy.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to create formulas and organize data efficiently.
• Process accounts receivable tasks, including invoice coding and ticket creation.
• Submit completed invoices to the corporate office for approval and distribution.
• Maintain vendor records and purchase orders in compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
• Handle high-volume data entry tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Verify and approve invoices in alignment with company guidelines.
• Assist with organizing and managing vendor relations as needed.
• Proven experience in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and use formulas.
• Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and invoice management.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong typing skills and comfort working with computer systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and processes.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration and vendor management.
