  • Entering and updating product information in the database: This includes details such as product name, description, SKU (stock keeping unit) number, pricing, and availability.
  • Processing sales orders: Recording and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Managing inventory records: Updating inventory levels based on sales and deliveries, monitoring stock levels, and generating reports as required.
  • Maintaining customer databases: Updating customer information, such as contact details and purchase history, to facilitate marketing and customer service efforts.
  • Ensuring data accuracy: Verifying the accuracy of data inputs, identifying and correcting errors, and ensuring compliance with data integrity standards.
