Data Entry Officer

NCRi Solution is looking for a Data Entry Officer who will plays a critical role in fueling the outbound sales pipeline. Working closely with the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, this individual is responsible for sourcing, verifying, and consolidating high-quality lead data from multiple platforms into structured Excel-based lead lists ready for SDR outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source prospect data from assigned platforms including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, PIPL, and publicly available online resources.
  • Follow guidance provided by the Manager on ideal customer profiles (ICP), target industries, geographies, company sizes, and job titles.
  • Conduct structured searches to identify relevant decision-makers and key contacts within target accounts.
  • Explore and utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) and automation platforms (e.g., Clay) to improve lead sourcing efficiency and coverage.
  • Collect and record the following data points for each lead: Full name, Job title, Company name, Company website, Industry/sector, LinkedIn profile URL, Direct email address (verified), Direct phone number (where available), Location (city, country).
  • Verify accuracy of contact details using available tools before entering data into the master sheet.
  • Cross-reference data across multiple sources to ensure completeness and reliability.
  • Flag or escalate records where data quality cannot be confirmed.
  • Maintain and update a structured Excel-based lead database on a daily basis.
  • Ensure the lead sheet follows the agreed template and formatting standards defined by the SDR team.
  • Deduplicate records and keep the database clean, organized, and up to date.
  • categorize and tag leads as instructed (e.g., by industry, region, campaign, priority).
  • Maintain data logs to track source, date added, and verification status of each record.
  • Become proficient in all assigned tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, PIPL, Clay, etc.) within the onboarding period.
  • Proactively explore new tools, browser extensions, or AI workflows that can improve the speed or quality of lead generation.
  • Share ideas and recommendations with the manager for process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Participate in training sessions and self-directed learning to stay current with data sourcing best practices.
  • Provide daily and monthly updates on the number of leads sourced, verified, and added to the database.
  • Communicate blockers or data gaps promptly to the reporting Manager.
  • Maintain transparency on data quality issues and actively seek guidance when unsure.

Required Experience:

  • 0–1 year of experience in data entry, lead generation, or sales support.
  • Fresh candidates with strong digital literacy and a demonstrated ability to learn tools quickly are encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with B2B prospecting platforms (LinkedIn, Apollo, PIPL) is an advantage.
