Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing speed, strong accuracy, and hands-on experience with spreadsheets and data systems. This position requires focus, consistency, and a strong sense of responsibility when handling data.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input customer and account data into internal systems within required deadlines
• Review and validate information to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Organize tasks efficiently to maintain smooth data flow
• Detect and correct data errors or inconsistencies
• Follow up on missing or incomplete records when necessary
• Comply with company policies and data entry procedures
• Prepare basic reports and maintain organized digital and physical records
• Perform scanning, printing, and filing of documents
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Respond promptly to internal data-related requests
• Properly use office equipment and report any technical problems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Previous experience in data entry or a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data handling tools
• Strong typing speed with high accuracy
• Good command of English grammar and spelling
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Strong awareness of data privacy and confidentiality
