Key Responsibilities
Ø Updating Records Regularly
Update and maintain accurate company records so that departments like sales, inventory and accounting have reliable information.
Ø Entering Data Accurately
Input sales figures, customer details, purchase orders, stock levels, and other records into databases (e.g., Excel, ERP, CRM systems).
Ø Verifying Information
Check for errors and inconsistencies in data; correct or flag discrepancies.
Ø Supporting Reports
Assist in preparing basic reports (daily/weekly/monthly) that help managers track performance or inventory.
Ø Organizing Files
Maintain digital and/or physical files in an orderly way for quick retrieval.
Ø Coordination
Communicate with teams (sales, inventory, dispatch) to collect or clarify data inputs.
Ø Confidentiality
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information (e.g., customer or financial data).
Required Education
Ø Minimum: Matric / Intermediate (FA, FSC, ICS, I. Com)
Ø Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (Business, IT, or related field)
Required Skills
v Proficient in MS Excel, Microsoft Word
v Comfortable working with data systems/ERP software (if used)
v Typing speed with good accuracy
v Detail-oriented
v Good organizational skills
v Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines
v Basic analytical mindset
Salary and Payrolls
Basic:30k (Can be negotiable depends on experience and Skills)
