Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Data Entry Operator to support our daily data processing activities. This position requires accuracy, discretion, and the ability to work independently during night hours in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and manage customer and account data in company databases
• Review and validate information to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Complete assigned data entry tasks within defined timelines
• Detect, correct, and report any data errors or inconsistencies
• Coordinate with internal departments to clarify incomplete or unclear information
• Follow all company policies related to data security and confidentiality
• Organize digital and physical records efficiently
• Prepare simple reports as required
• Perform document scanning, printing, and filing tasks
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and care
• Respond promptly to internal requests related to data updates
• Use office equipment responsibly and report any technical issues when needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
• Strong typing speed with a high level of accuracy
• Good command of written and reading English
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality practices
