Data Entry Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator for the Procurement Department who will be responsible for accurate entry and maintenance of purchase orders, vendor records, inventory data, invoices, and procurement reports. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and experience working with procurement data and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update purchase orders (POs), GRNs, and invoices in ERP/software
  • Maintain vendor master data and procurement records
  • Update inventory and stock data regularly
  • Verify procurement documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Prepare daily and monthly procurement reports
  • Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and store teams
  • Ensure proper filing of procurement and purchase documentation
  • Any other data entry task assigned by Procurement Manager/HOD

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator / Data Entry Clerk
  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain data entry (preferred)
  • Fast and accurate typing speed
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
