Job Title: Data Entry Operator (ERP Data Migration)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Operator to support the migration of data from the legacy system to the new ERP platform. The role involves accurate data extraction, cleansing, validation, and entry to ensure data integrity during the transition. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with large datasets, and familiar with ERP environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Extract and transfer data from the old system to the new ERP

Clean, format, and validate data before import

Perform manual data entry where automated migration is not possible

Reconcile migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness

Identify and report data inconsistencies or gaps

Maintain proper documentation of migration activities

Coordinate with the technical team to resolve data issues

Requirements:

Strong MS Excel skills (sorting, filtering, basic formulas)

Good typing speed with high accuracy

High attention to detail and data validation skills

Basic understanding of ERP systems and data structures

Ability to handle large volumes of data under deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in ERP data migration or implementation projects

Familiarity with inventory, accounting, or CRM modules

Experience with CSV imports and data mapping
