Position: Data Entry Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / Administrative professional to support our manufacturing operations. This role involves maintaining and updating data within our ERP system, working with spreadsheets, and assisting with bills of materials (BOMs) and other manufacturing-related records. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in the ERP system (NetSuite).
• Review and clean up existing data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Work with spreadsheets to track, organize, and analyze information.
• Assist with managing bills of materials (BOMs) and related manufacturing records.
• Support other administrative tasks as needed to help maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and data management.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus, preferably NetSuite.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
