Data Extractor

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Data Extractor to support our outbound sales and marketing campaigns by collecting high-quality business data. The role focuses on finding, extracting, verifying, and organizing targeted leads from various online sources.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in data scraping, lead generation, data verification, and working with sales teams to deliver accurate and scalable lead lists.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract targeted business and contact data from online sources such as directories, LinkedIn, company websites, and databases
• Build and maintain large lead lists for cold email campaigns
• Verify email addresses using verification tools to ensure high deliverability
• Clean, format, and organize data in spreadsheets or CRM systems
• Research companies and decision-makers based on defined targeting criteria
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to meet daily and weekly data targets
• Ensure data accuracy, relevance, and compliance with data standards
• Continuously identify new sources for lead generation

Required Skills
Experience with data extraction and lead generation
Strong internet research and data mining skills
Experience using email verification tools
Ability to handle large datasets efficiently
Good attention to detail and data accuracy
Basic understanding of B2B sales and cold email campaigns

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to meet daily data production targets

Tools & Platforms (Preferred Experience)

• LinkedIn / Sales Navigator
• Apollo or similar lead generation platforms
• Email verification tools (e.g., NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, MillionVerifier)
• Google Sheets / Excel
• Web scraping tools or browser extensions
• CRM systems (basic knowledge)

Experience Requirements

• 1.5 to 2 years of experience in data extraction, lead generation, or web research
• Experience supporting cold email or outbound sales campaigns is preferred
• Proven ability to generate large volumes of accurate lead data

Performance Expectations

• Generate 3,000 – 6,000 verified leads per day depending on campaign requirements
• Maintain high data accuracy and low bounce rates
• Deliver data on time to support daily email sending targets
