Main purpose of the job:


Leading group of qualified technical resources as well as being responsible for delivering and owning data integration support in terms of daily integration operations thus ensuring the business continuity and competitive edge.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Ensure monitoring a full daily resource/task plan for the integration operation and support to avail 24x7 high availability of all BI solutions and systems.
  • Responsible for deployment of confirmed UAT solution in production.
  • Plan for the needed expansions and external tools needed to be bought to serve the data integration support.
  • Search and acquire new technologies and techniques which can serve and enhance the data integration support services to increase bank services reliability.
  • Assess, challenge and evaluate teams’ deliverables and to ensure all solutions are properly selected and measured against effort and scalability measures.
  • Handles difficult situations and interdepartmental conflicts courageously and directly, using appropriate discretion, fairness, and respect for the individual.
  • Plan & manage the execution for the needed expansions and new systems to serve bank business requirements.
  • Participate in the Bank initiatives that will help in achieving operational efficiency.



Minimum Years of Experience:


  • 5 years of Experience in Informatica tool.
  • 1 years of which in a supervisory position.
