Robust Support & Solutions is looking to hire "Data Management Officer (Microsoft Excel Expert)" for it's Karachi office.

Office Location: PECHS, BLOCK 6

Working Hours: 9PM to 6AM Pakistan time, 6 days a week

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Management Officer to support data collection, analysis, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, capable of preparing accurate reports, and comfortable working onsite during night shifts. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, update, and maintain data records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Prepare and present data using Excel-based reports and dashboards
• Analyze data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and insights
• Ensure data quality, completeness, and timely reporting
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand data requirements
• Maintain documentation related to data processes and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, basic analysis, reports)
• Experience in preparing and presenting data through Excel reports
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work onsite during night shifts
• Basic understanding of data management principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a data management, MIS, or reporting role
• Knowledge of data validation and quality control processes
