Location: Remote (1–2 days/month onsite at client locations – Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Indore, Noida, Gurgaon)
Work Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM IST
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Data Modeler with strong expertise in IBM UDMH and healthcare data systems. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level data models to support healthcare operations, analytics, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Work with IBM UDMH to design and optimize healthcare data models.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and build scalable models.
• Optimize SQL queries and apply relational, dimensional, and normalized modeling techniques.
• Provide well-defined data models to support ETL, warehousing, and reporting teams.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, quality, and compliance standards.
• Document data models, metadata, and data lineage.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years as a Data Modeler or Data Architect.
Strong hands-on experience with IBM UDMH in a healthcare environment.
Proficiency in ER modeling tools (ER/Studio, ERwin, or similar).
Advanced SQL skills with expertise in relational/dimensional modeling.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT, etc.).
Excellent communication skills with technical & business teams.

Nice-to-Have

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).
Exposure to big data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark).
Knowledge of data governance & MDM frameworks.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
