Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CDP in preparing and cooking traditional South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, chutney, and regional curries.
  • Ensure that all dishes meet the restaurant’s quality, taste, and presentation standards.
  • Maintain mise-en-place and stock levels for the South Indian section.
  • Follow standard recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the work area as per HACCP and food safety standards.
  • Train and assist Commis in daily operations.
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure quality output.
  • Control wastage and ensure efficient use of raw materials.
  • Coordinate with other sections for smooth kitchen operations.
  • Support in menu planning and introduction of new South Indian dishes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
