Job Description: Dealer Manager – Warehousing

Position: Dealer Manager – Warehousing
Location: Thane/Banglore
Department: Sales / Distribution
Experience Required: 4–8 years (preferably in Warehousing, Material Handling, or Industrial Equipment)
Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred

Role Overview

The Dealer Manager – Warehousing will be responsible for managing and developing the dealer network, driving sales performance, expanding market reach, and ensuring seamless coordination between dealers and internal teams. This role requires strong relationship management skills, commercial acumen, and an in-depth understanding of warehousing solutions and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities1. Dealer Network Management

  • Develop, strengthen, and manage relationships with existing and new dealers.
  • Monitor dealer performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Conduct regular dealer reviews and provide necessary guidance or corrective actions.
  • Ensure dealers comply with company processes, policies, and branding standards.

2. Sales & Business Development

  • Drive sales of warehousing and material handling solutions through the dealer network.
  • Identify market opportunities and expand dealer presence in high-potential regions.
  • Support dealers with product positioning, pricing strategies, and sales pitches.
  • Participate in customer visits, demos, and negotiations as required.

3. Training & Enablement

  • Conduct product training sessions for dealer teams.
  • Provide sales tools, catalogues, and updated product information to dealers.
  • Assist dealers in developing sales plans, promotional activities, and local marketing strategies.

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Logistics, Service, and Finance for order fulfilment and support.
  • Track dealer enquiries, order pipelines, and revenue performance.
  • Submit weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activity.

5. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market demand patterns, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide inputs for product improvements, pricing revisions, and new business opportunities.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Good understanding of warehousing operations, material handling equipment, and supply chain workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple dealers and territories
  • Target-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/Sales tools
  • Willingness to travel extensively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
