The Career and Advising Center is looking for an innovative Coordinator for Degree Completion to join our team. In this role you’ll make an impact in helping students finish their degree. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with faculty, staff and other stakeholders to make this happen.

Academic Year Hours: Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm
Summer and Break Hours: Monday-Friday: 7:30am-4pm
Occasional evening and weekend hours throughout the year
Hiring Range: $50,000-$55,000
Pay is based on several factors, including budget, labor market, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and/or certification and other business considerations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Education, College Student Personnel, Counseling, Student Affairs, Psychology or related field
2+ years of student engagement on a college campus (can include work/volunteer experience as an undergraduate)
Strong organizational skills
Experience in building successful collaborations
Demonstrated strong critical thinking and problem-solving
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience in utilizing various assessment strategies
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in student support, academic advising or related role
Experience with federal financial aid and scholarships
