Role : Delivery Lead

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to spearhead our Venue Technology projects. This senior role is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of technology implementation in large-scale venues, from initial design and strategy to successful delivery and operational handover. You will manage complex ICT, AV, and ELV projects, ensuring all systems are optimized to support world-class operations and events. The ideal candidate will architect and develop technology strategies, manage vendors and contracts, and mitigate project risks. This position involves leading a dedicated delivery team, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and providing regular program updates to senior management. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the technological landscape of smart stadiums and mega-events, ensuring seamless and innovative experiences.

🎯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

▸ 15+ years of relevant experience in the technology delivery field.

▸ 10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing technology for SMART stadiums, venues, or mega-events.

▸ Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

▸ Valid professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP).

▸ Proven experience leading large-scale ICT AV/ELV projects in sports venues or similar environments.

▸ Proficiency in reading, creating, and managing technical drawings, schematics, and formal project documentation.

▸ Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end project management methodologies and tools.

▸ Strong experience in vendor coordination, contract performance management, and RFP preparation.

✨ 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀:

▸ Previous experience in a consulting role with exposure to multiple clients and business domains.

▸ Expertise in developing overarching strategy and architecture for venue-wide technology systems.

▸ Experience in resource planning and providing program-level updates to senior management.

▸ In-depth knowledge of project risk mitigation, costing, and financial planning.

▸ Strong interpersonal skills for managing client expectations and leading technical teams.
