Demi Chef De Partie - Indian Cuisine

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes following standard recipes
  • Ensure authenticity in taste, texture, and presentation of Indian cuisine
  • Perform mise en place and ensure all ingredients are prepared and available
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times
  • Follow HACCP and food safety standards strictly
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
  • Ensure proper storage and labeling of food items
  • Minimize food wastage and control portioning
  • Support in receiving and checking kitchen supplies and deliveries
  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Assist in training junior kitchen staff when required
  • Ensure proper handling and maintenance of kitchen equipment (if applicable)
