- Provide post-operative instructions to patients and answer any questions they may have
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain the dental office's appointment calendar
- Manage patient records, including updating medical histories and treatment plans
- Assist with front office duties as needed, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance coverage
```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a dental assisting program preferred
- X-ray certification required; CPR certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Proficiency in using dental software systems (e.g., Eaglesoft, Epic) for scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and billing
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
