Dental Assistant – Full Time

Dental Health & Beauty is seeking a dependable, patient-focused Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our Libertyville team. This role is a replacement for a valued assistant who is departing in early April. If you enjoy delivering excellent patient care, supporting a collaborative clinical team, and taking on a variety of tasks throughout the office, we’d love to meet you!

About the Role

The Dental Assistant will support the doctor chairside and help ensure a smooth, efficient patient experience. While experience is preferred, no certifications are required. The ideal candidate is adaptable, a strong communicator, and comfortable assisting both in the operatory and at the front desk when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

• Chairside assisting with all general dentistry procedures
• Scanning and taking dental impressions
• Assisting with Zoom whitening treatments

Front Office Support

• Following up on insurance claims
• Assisting with recall efforts
• Greeting and checking in / outpatients

Schedule

This is a full-time position with the weekly schedule below:

• Monday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
• Tuesday: 6:30am - 1:00pm
• Wednesday: 12:30pm - 7:00pm
• Thursday: 6:30am - 1:00pm
• Friday: 6:30am - 1:00pm (1x per month)
• Saturday: 6:30am - 1:00pm (1x per month)
