We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk to join our growing team. This role is key to creating a warm, organized, and efficient front office experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages promptly
• Verify patient information and update electronic records
• Collect payments and assist with financing coordination
• Manage daily patient flow and communicate with clinical team
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dental front office experience required
• Knowledge of dental software (Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar) is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Base Pay: From $22.00 per hour
