Location: Winter Haven, FL
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Friday 8:00 AM–3:00 PM | Select Rotating Saturdays 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

An exciting opportunity awaits! We’re opening a state-of-the-art Oral Surgery practice in Winter Haven in January 2026, and we’re looking for adynamic, empowering Office Manager to help lead our team from day one.

This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated leader with strong communication and organizational skills who thrives in a patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate has prior oral surgery office experience, understands the importance of team culture, and is passionate about driving efficiency and excellence in daily operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in dental or oral surgery office management (required)
• Strong background in insurance verification, billing, and collections
• Oral surgery experience preferred
• A hands-on, empowering leader who motivates and supports their team
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Confident communicator with a positive, professional demeanor
• Tech-savvy and comfortable implementing efficient systems and workflows
