Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the land acquisition process for renewable energy projects.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on land acquisition strategies and legal compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient land acquisition.
  • Manage relationships with landowners, government authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to land acquisition.
  • Prepare and review legal documents, agreements, and contracts related to land acquisition.
  • Resolve any issues or disputes related to land acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all land acquisition activities.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.

Experience

A minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience in land acquisition, preferably in the renewable energy sector/ Indian Army Candidates
