About the Role:
Union Developers (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Deputy Manager Accounts & Finance to join our dynamic team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, taxation, budgeting, and financial analysis—preferably within the construction, manufacturing, or real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts
• Oversee payables, receivables, and fund disbursements
• Manage taxation matters, reconciliations, and compliance activities
• Coordinate with inventory/stores, procurement, and site teams
• Verify payments, GRNs, imports, and credit notes
• Support budgeting, planning, and internal controls

Qualifications

• ACCA Qualified, CA-Inter, or CA-Finalist (mandatory)
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in construction or real estate
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Professional integrity with a proactive “Can Do” attitude
