Deputy Manager Admin (Mill)

1. Liaison with all government departments especially SUI GAS, WAPDA, Labor department, Social Security, EOBI, Civil Defense, Apprenticeship, Environment etc.

2. Implementing the rules and regulations of the company.

3. Supervising the payroll, security, stores, cash, accounts, cotton, excise and other administrative affairs at mills

4. Preparing data of attendance, check and demand of salaries, overtime and other expenses of the mills and smooth disbursement of the same.

5. Managing and handling through relevant junior staff for all incoming and outgoing materials, its issuing process and closing stocks.

6. Handling the incentives and critical situations of labor force as violation of law, theft cases, accidental cases, marriage grants, compensation and minimum wages etc.

7. Handling labor court cases and wages & compensation authority and coordinating with company’s legal counsel.

8. Supervising hotels, canteens and colony affairs

9. Implementing the disciplinary actions around the around the site premises.

10. Hiring and firing of workers.

11. Inspection the flow of work, recommending the suitable procedure if required and taking steps for improvements in system.

12. Heading cash office at mills, arranging cash by coordinating with head office finance department.

13. Having meeting with Government institutions for inspection, audit and settlement of other matters and getting proper periodical certifications.

14. Supervising the system implemented for dispatch finished goods.

15. Random checking of mills security an firefighting system.

16. Seeing the construction work, plantation and Godown condition in respect of cleaning and safety of stacked raw material.

17. Supervising of mills scrape.

18. Dealing with court cases of organization.

19. Supervising local purchases of mills.

Education:

• MBA or Masters Degree .

Experience:

• 5-7 Years of Textile Spinning
• Must have knowledge of Labour Laws.
