Position Overview:
Interwood Mobel is seeking a highly motivated
Deputy Manager - Business Development
to support our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
business development
within the
furniture, interiors, or construction industries
and will play a vital role in strengthening our market presence and client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and execution of strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets

Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and maintain existing client relationships to maximize sales and profitability

Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and identify opportunities for growth

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of service offerings and customer satisfaction

Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress against objectives

Represent Interwood at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand and gather market intelligence

Support the Manager in identifying and implementing innovative marketing strategies to enhance business development efforts
Requirements
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in business development or sales within the furniture, interiors, or construction sectors

Strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics, client relationship management, and project sales cycles

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant sales tracking tools
