Deputy Manager Costing & Budgeting

Roshan Packages Ltd. is a leading name in the packaging industry, committed to innovation, quality, and operational excellence. We are looking for a highly skilled Deputy Manager – Costing & Budgeting to join our finance team at our Sundar Industrial Plant, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pre- and post-costing, pricing, and coordinate closely with the sales team.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly accounts and financial statements.
• Develop budgets, conduct variance analysis, and manage job order costing and inventory control.
• Collaborate on cost optimization and process efficiency improvements.
• Prepare financial reports, MIS, dashboards, and profitability analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

• CA (Inter), ICMA, ACCA, or ACMA.
• 5–7 years of experience in costing, budgeting, and financial reporting in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ERP and MS Excel proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
