Salary Range: 150k to 180k

Location: Mehran Town, Korangi Industrial Area – Karachi

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated professional to lead our e-commerce operations and fulfillment processes. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth order processing, timely dispatches, inventory accuracy, and superior customer experience while driving operational excellence.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in e-commerce operations (retail experience only).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across marketplaces and company website.
• Oversee order processing, fulfillment, dispatch, and returns.
• Maintain accurate inventory, stock levels, and product listings.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare operational performance reports.
• Identify gaps and implement process improvements.
• Resolve escalations and customer issues promptly.
• Lead and mentor the e-commerce operations team.
• Support product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and tools to drive growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
