Deputy Manager HR

We are urgently seeking a Deputy Manager - HR for one of our clients, a growing startup company based in Karachi.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and procedures
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Oversee performance management processes (KPIs, appraisals, feedback)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
  • Support training & development initiatives
  • Contribute to building a positive organizational culture
  • Prepare HR reports and management dashboards

Requirements:

  • BBA / MBA / MPA or a related field.
  • 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience in Recruitment and HR operations.
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Salary: Up To 170K

Location: Karachi
