We are urgently seeking a Deputy Manager - HR for one of our clients, a growing startup company based in Karachi.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and procedures
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Oversee performance management processes (KPIs, appraisals, feedback)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Support training & development initiatives
- Contribute to building a positive organizational culture
- Prepare HR reports and management dashboards
Requirements:
- BBA / MBA / MPA or a related field.
- 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience in Recruitment and HR operations.
- Sound knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
Salary: Up To 170K
