Job Overview

DeSOM is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager IT to support IT operations in a high-security enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT infrastructure, ERP systems, networking, cybersecurity, and data center operations, along with leadership capabilities to manage complex IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support IT operations including infrastructure, security, development, and deployments
• Design, implement, and maintain on-premises data centers (Windows Server, VMware ESXi)
• Support and manage ERP systems (multi-module) including deployment and integration
• Administer web/application servers (IIS, Nginx, Apache, Tomcat)
• Manage network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VLANs, MikroTik, UniFi, multi-ISP)
• Implement cybersecurity solutions (Firewalls, DMZ, OPNsense, Cloudflare)
• Maintain Linux environments and backend systems
• Monitor systems using Grafana, Prometheus, Loki
• Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and high availability
• Oversee CCTV and surveillance systems (IP Cameras, NVRs, VMS)
• Coordinate IT projects, vendors, and procurement

Required Qualifications

• Minimum BS in IT / Computer Science
• At least 5+ years in senior IT or leadership role

• ERP Systems (Design, Deployment, Integration)
• Networking (LAN/WAN, VLANs, Fiber, MikroTik, UniFi)

• Windows Server & Linux Administration
• Database Management (MySQL – replication & optimization)
• Monitoring & Logging Tools
• Project Management & Team Leadership

Preferred Experience

• Experience in military, government, or high-security environments
• Experience with large-scale enterprise IT systems
• Multi-site infrastructure and disaster recovery experience
