Role Description

Mezan Group is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Deputy Manager – Performance Management to join our Human Resources team in Karachi.

This role is ideal for HR professionals who are passionate about driving organizational performance, strengthening people capabilities, and embedding a high-performance culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Performance Management Cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance evaluations across the Group.
  • Ensure effective alignment of individual objectives with organizational strategy and business goals.
  • Coordinate with departmental heads to establish KPIs, scorecards, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze performance data and provide insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Facilitate calibration sessions to ensure fairness, consistency, and transparency in performance evaluations.
  • Support the design and implementation of performance improvement plans (PIPs) and development initiatives.
  • Drive automation and process improvements within the performance management framework.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to identify talent development and succession planning opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5–7 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to Performance Management and HR analytics.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and performance management tools will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs225,000.00 per month
