DM-Product Development (Home Textiles)

Job Description:

The duties and responsibilities of DM-Product Development include but are not limited to:

• Develop and execute product development strategies to drive business growth and meet customer needs.
• Oversee design and development of new home textile products, including fabrics, patterns, and colors.
• Manage product lines from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
• Work closely with design, production, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop new materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure products meet quality, performance, and safety standards.
• Manage product development budgets and ensure cost-effective product development.
• Drive innovation and stay updated on industry trends and technologies.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in product development within the home textile industry
• Extensive knowledge to manage & deal USA markets/ customers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Design.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
